To end your storage term, simply log on to your account and book a delivery on your account page. In the delivery form, please make sure to note that this is your final delivery.
To end the account, you'll need to make sure your container is completely free of items at the end of your delivery appointment.
Once your container is returned empty, your monthly storage bill will end, and you will no longer be charged moving forward.

No, there is no minimum payment term! However, you can unlock pickup and delivery perks by storing longer:
The longer you store, the more you save!
- Less than 6 months: Do It Yourself customers pay $75 per unit for pickup. Full Service customers get the first unit's pickup free (towed by the moving partner) and pay $75 for each additional unit. Delivery is $75 per unit on either plan.
- 6+ months: Pickup is free for every unit on both plans. Delivery is $75 per unit.
- 12+ months: Pickup and delivery are both free for every unit on both plans.
