Use sturdy, sealed file boxes and avoid overpacking. Our steel containers are elevated 6 inches off the ground to protect against moisture. For extra protection, consider using plastic storage bins for irreplaceable documents. Boombox facilities are monitored 24/7 with restricted access.
We deliver your entire storage unit to your door at a flat $75 rate. Once delivered, you can access any box inside. We recommend labeling and organizing boxes by date or category so you can quickly find what you need.
Boombox provides secure, restricted-access storage with 24/7 monitoring. While we do not provide certified records management services, our security measures support general document retention needs. Consult your compliance officer for industry-specific requirements.
There is no maximum storage term. Many customers store archival materials for years. Billing is month-to-month with no required minimum, so you can store as long as you need.
